While this can certainly be used as a vapor barrier as per the description, it is also used very extensively as a light barrier and reflective surface for indoor gardening. The 10 mil thickness makes it durable enough to place on the floor or the walls. The black side prevents light from penetrating through while the white side reflects it.

Our whole family just spent an afternoon picking out seeds for different herbs and vegetables for our garden and planting them in plugs in a seedling tray. I lined the inside of a large box with this film (white side visible), placed a warming mat inside the box, added the seedling tray and then placed a grow light above it. Fingers crossed, in a few months we should be eating some nice home grown food from our garden.

I used this to make a cover for my raised garden bed. This is thick and perfect for protecting my vegetables. I only needed to use 1 layer because it's so thick.

Many uses. Originally the listing description had use for greenhouse in it. This is definitely not for greenhouses, I will find plenty of other uses for it though. Back to searching for greenhouse plastic.

I had bought a massive roll of plastic sheeting to cover my crawlspace but came up just short. I bought this to cover the rest and it works great. 10 mil is plenty to keep the vapor barrier and keep little rocks in the crawlspace from poking through.

Replaced the old 6 mill that was in the crawl space that had began to break down.(6 mill is considered minimum for vaper barrier).
Handling was pretty easy for such heavy material in the cramped space (roll is approx. 30")
This polyethylene film is defiantly a hard wearing product.
Seams taped up well.
Laid 2x4's around the perimeter to keep in place while spreading (left them in place)
Experienced no punctures when crawling over the "rough" spots.
Good value and is correct product for a vapor barrier.
