This vapor barrier is much heavier than what is currently under my house. I got this as a test before committing to redoing the entire crawlspace. I used landscape cloth staples to anchor one edge so I could spread it without it sliding away from the edge of the foundation. I really like the white surface, it lightens up the crawlspace a lot, making it a little less dark and scary.

I ordered this because we had some upcoming heavy rains coming in. I needed to divert water from my roof to prevent flooding.

It is nice and thick and has a white side and a black side to the material. There are many things you can use this for a vapor barrier to a temporary protective tarp.

This tarp save me from potential flooding issues. I would recommend this product.

A nice-sized piece of 'panda film'... Although it's advertised as for crawl spaces and drop cloths (and will work well for both those uses) many people use this to build grow tents or line the walls in a grow room to reflect light... To avoid the winter dullness I always grow some wildflowers in the basement for the kids, I will be using this to drape the walls to better reflect the light...

Nice durable thick plastic that takes care of the damp moisture underneath a bathroom addition. This plastic sheeting also allows me to stay cleaner if I need to go in the crawl space. Good thickness, Stay clean, get this!

This is no doubt tough plastic that can be used for a lot more than a vapor barrier. I may add some grommets and use it for collecting leaves. It would make a great drop cloth for home remodeling, or for under tents as well - one roll could outfit the entire troop. When I measured the thickness though, it showed only 4-5 mil. on my cheap caliper. The price is about in line with that sold at the mega home improvement store. It comes folded in a box which means there are lots of creases - which may work out over time. Keep in mind that this is black on one side so it can also be used to block light.
